House Painting is a serious business for homeowners. Once it is completed, you'll have to live by the outcome for years to come, so everything must fall in to place in order to attain beauty and good quality results. One essential demand in house painting from start to finish is good quality house painting tools. This is very important because the quality of your paint job depends on the quality of tools you use to deal with the paint. Roswell Painting Companies posses a variety of house painting tools and equipment designed to do the job, they are classified as Pre-painting Tools and the Paint Applicators.

Pre-painting tools

Pre-painting tools are the materials used in preparation for future paint application, mainly to create a clean working surface and to make sure that the painting process will go as smoothly as possible.

• Washing Compound

Washing Compound is composed of trisodium phosphate which washes off grease and tobacco smoke off the exterior surfaces of a home.

• Sandpaper

Sandpaper is a common household material which is used in sanding to level the surface for a finer finish.

• Patching Material

Patching material is used to cover up or fill in deep holes. This material can be difficult to work with and very hard to sand smooth. Choose accordingly.

• Painter’s Rags

Rags are used to help produce a good-looking, clean, professional Paint job. These must be lint-free and absorbent to wipe off excess caulk for paint from the wall.

• Caulking Gun

Caulking Gun is used to patch cracks in areas where siding meets trim. This dries quickly and can be painted without being primed.

• Spackle

Spackle is primarily used as a patching material. It is easy to work with because it is quick-drying and sands easily.

• Scrapers

Scrapers are treated as the most important Pre-painting tool. It primarily scrapes off old paint on siding or trim, curved wood moldings, and other surfaces, to give way to a new one. It also removes accumulated dirt.

Paint Applicators

Another type of house painting tool are the Paint Applicators. Paint applicators are the tools used in the actual painting process, these tools are responsible for holding and releasing paint.

• Paintbrushes

Paintbrushes are the most common tool used in house painting. Although using them requires experience and skill, it is the most versatile and the best in different types of painting work.
Paintbrushes come in different sizes according to the area of application and consist of two types, the natural which is made of animal hairs or the synthetic which is made of nylon. The main difference is that Natural bristles work only with alkyd paints and not with the water-based latex paints due to the fact that water causes the bristles to go limp, while synthetic bristles work with both alkyd and latex paints.

• Rollers

A paint roller is composed of steel frame, a metal cage, and a threaded handle that can hold an extension pole. This is used to paint most interior walls, ceilings or any flat surface because it is four to five times as fast as the brush and it produces more professional looking results even in the hands of an unskilled user.

• Pad Applicators

A pad applicator is like a paint roller except it slides rather than roll. It has the same application as the brush except it lets you apply a different color to the wall without irregularity or spillover along juncture lines.

• Mitt

A mitt is the same as a paint glove which is worn and dip it into the paint, allowing you to wrapped around the object until the surface is coated with paint. Examples of this would be staircase balusters, railings, gutters, or pipes.

• Airless Sprayers

An airless sprayer is a machine that applies paint in the form of a spray. It greatly reduces the time required to paint a house. In the hands of an experienced painter it can produce smooth, even painted surfaces. When properly used, airless sprayers can produce excellent results.

Painting your house may not be the easiest job in the world, particularly if you have never done it before. With a little practice, however you can get perfect results, but never try to do a job like this without the proper house painting tools.

Since starting my Painting Contractor business 28 years ago, I can say I have heard many reasons for going with the cheaper price. However, I also get many calls from homeowners who regret their decision and realize they made a mistake. They tell me they wish they had paid a little more for quality service. Many wish they had done more research on their prospective contractor before deciding to use them.

Most homeowners I have found through in many years of experience are not aware of how to properly examine the quality of Roswell Painting Contractors before they choose to use them. Cheap contractors do not always give you what you are paying for. In fact, more times than not, a cheap painting contractor will end up costing you even more than using a quality service in the first place.

Lately the the house painting cost, the labor and materials has gone up to the point where profit margins are not that large. This means that in order for a painting contractor to offer you a cheap price they have to cut expenses somewhere and that is generally in the quality and value of the service performed.

Here are my 10 conditions to check out Roswell Painting Contractors before you hire them.

1. Ask around and find out how long the contractor has been working locally.

It is common to see instability in this field. Too many painting contractors will blow into town and do shoddy work for a few years, then they begin to feel the wrath of the homeowners who is not satisfied with their work and they pack it up and move to the next city. If the contractor you are considering has, at least 10 years in your area this is a good indication of stability, not to mention quality.

2. Does the Contractor pay his help by the hour or on a percentage basis?

When I started my business in 1982, I paid my painters by the hour. After about 7 years of paying by the hour and being dissatisfied with their performance, I decided to switch to paying on a percentage basis. I found that the quality of work went up dramatically and the projects were completed in half the time.

The painters had an improved mindset when being paid on a percentage basis. The painters also have a special interest in the quality and timeliness of their work. Better performance means a smaller punch list at the end of the job and in less time, resulting in better pay.

Be sure and ask the contractor this question. This is merely a suggestion. Obviously, there are some painting contractors that work by the hour that have a good work ethic.

Due to this success I will never pay my painters by the hour again. I have been able to provide a higher quality service overall since paying on a percentage basis.

3. Does your potential contractor offer you a well-written and laid out contract stating exactly what you can expect?

A good contract is an indication of how organized he is. This organization will most generally be represented well in the painting crew as well. A person who is well organized is uncomfortable around disorganization and will avoid that trait in their employees. Moreover, they tend to maintain organized work environments.

4. Is the contractor insisting on an upfront deposit?

Some jobs may be large enough to require a deposit, but the average home painting or repair job will run $3000-$8,000 and really should not require a deposit. In fact, I recommend strongly that you do not pay a deposit.

5. Since the first day you contacted the contractor how well has he communicated with you? Has he quickly answered all of your questions or concerns?

Quality Roswell Painting contractors value good communication. The importance a contractor puts on communication will give you another clue to his core values. While your project is being completed, you will want to work with someone who communicates effectively.

6. Does the contractor carry worker's insurance?

You should consider how well the contractor is insuring his painters against injury. Many contractors have labor that is off the books, in other words the painter is paid cash money with no paper trail. In cases like this, there is no employment history wherein an insurance company can follow or pay out on in case of injury. Situations like this could put you in serious financial jeopardy.

Answers to these questions give you a look into more of the core values that rule certain Roswell painting contractors. Check with the company's insurance company to verify their level of coverage.

7. Be sure and check their references.

Even though they will give you their best references, you can still get a feel for qualities such as neatness, timeliness, communication, and overall opinion of quality of the job. Keep in mind though, everybody has their own opinion of what constitutes a quality job so don't decide based solely on their references.

8. Be leery of the aggressive cut throats, as they are more volume oriented.

They have to bang out as many houses as they can to turn any kind of profit. In most cases there aren't any core values driving the quality of their work. You only stand to suffer from this type of contractor.

9. Make sure it is understood there is to be a walk through between you and the head of the crew.

This is important to take care of touch ups and any issues before you pay for the services. This is crucial, both for you and the contractor. It assures that you are happy with their work and helps eliminate warranty issues for the contractor, saving him time and money. Seasoned contractors who really care about their customers know that this is the best approach for finalizing a project.

10. Be well-informed.

Be well-informed of the things that you may think useless, a well written and detailed warranty, how many crews do they have, can you verify business age, complaints that remain unsettled with the Better Business Bureau and a business license are all very important.

Keep quality as your first priority. Qualify your Roswell Painting Contractor before you hire them, you will be so glad if you did. You will have less to worry about while the work is ongoing and end up with a beautiful home with paint that will last longer.

Roswell Professional Painters know that mistakes will always happen. It's inevitable, Paint dribbles off the brush, or get residual spray from the roller. The best way to deal with these unavoidable mistakes is to minimize the mess by establishing a clean and prepared environment from the very the beginning. Purchase drop cloths, allowing them to be big enough to cover a large area. Roswell Professional Painters choose canvas style drop cloths because of their usability and durability.

Canvas makes a better drop cloth

One experience with spilled paint on a plastic drop cloth will probably convince you of the wisdom in using canvas material. When plastic drop cloth meets paint, the result is a mess. You will be spreading your mistake all over the place. Many people simply have to use plastic drop cloths because they are so inexpensive, if this is, you just are confident that you have it taped down tight.

Use the tape to your advantage

Cutting in with a brush is not always done with the steadiest hand and paint rollers seem to always paint areas they should not. In order to do a quality job with as few painting mishaps as possible, you should tape the room first. House Painting Contractors uses tape around windows, ceilings and edges to get a professional looking job easier.

Remove locks and face plates

You should go over the room thoroughly before you begin painting. Look ahead for potential problems. Unless you want your face plates to be the same color as your walls, you should remove them. This same rule applies to door handles and light fixtures. Remove or cover well any furniture that is in the room and send out the dog and kids. Now step back for one last look around the room to see if it is ready for paint.

If you have a spill or paint drops, you need to clean it up immediately. Otherwise, you will quickly have a marked trail through your home. Tracking paint is a painter's nightmare, so they take steps to prevent it. This one piece of advice will save you time and flooring. If your paint misses the drop cloth, then clean the spot immediately. When the paint hits the floor or carpet, immediately use a wet sponge to clean the spot. House Paint that has a solvent thinner base requires thinner, then use an old rag and thinner to gently clean the paint. If the paint has a chance to dry before you can clean it up, it will require a product called Goof off, a clean white cloth and some elbow grease on bare floors to dissolve and remove the paint. On carpet, it will be more difficult depending on the kind of carpet and type of paint used. It is in your best interest to attack that splotch as soon as it hits the floor.

Latex paints will clean up much more efficiently than oil-based paints. You will want to invest in a sharp razor blade scraper to aid you in removing paint from edges and windows. To be rid of paint spots on wood you can use a combination of scraper, a clean cloth and Goof Off. Just cover the scraper with a clean cloth and going over the area gently. Do not forget to get a handy painters hat, only the most experienced painters are wearing them.

Going Green With Roswell Home Painting

Nicky Taylor
The environment has been a top priority agenda everywhere these days. This includes the painting industry. Along with other areas of home construction and improvement, companies are becoming innovative in providing environmentally conscious customers with products that are earth friendly for their home projects.

Demand for Environmentally Safe Paints Is On the Rise.

The rise in customer demand for these types of paint made the manufacturers running to create at least one or two non-toxic paints and get them to the store shelves. More and more contractors are asking for low volatile organic compounds or VOC in the paint they use.

Three Categories of Environmentally Safe Paint Now Exist.

When it comes to environmentally friendly paints, you have three basic choices: natural, non-VOC and low VOC. If you are wondering which products are available in your area, just ask a local Roswell Painting Contractor which ones he is able to get. Choosing safe products from your contractor is a valuable option.

Paint Releases Toxins into The Air.

Not many people are aware that there is a low level of toxins which released years after the paint application. Harmful VOC's effect not only the environment with contaminants, but people as well.

In the past, the painters had to rely on the supply available for them, primarily due to the performance of the paint during application.

There are Many Benefits From Going Green With Your Paint.

In trying to go green with painting, Roswell House Painters have found many benefits to these paint products. The new products offer good paint coverage and simple disposal. Clean up is now easy because there are only few, if any, hazardous wastes to be concerned with. In addition, the normal paint fumes that exist in days and even weeks after paint application are not present with these products. This means that customers will be able to use the area painted much sooner than usual. Some might even enjoy a non-toxic fragrance additive that is now available. This fragrance will provide a fresh clean smell for several months after the paint has dried. As you can imagine, Painting Companies and customers are exceedingly happy about these products.

If you have a construction job coming up in Roswell, and you might want green products you will need to do some research. When you get a general idea of what is right for you, you can talk to some Roswell House Painters.

It is possible for a job to become compromised when communication is lacking between painter and consumer. The cause is, most often a lack of knowledge of the particular product. Roswell Home Painting Service should have no problem assisting you with your wishes to be environmentally friendly. Today, the idea of going green is allowing people to limit their own footprint on the planet as well as keeping friends and family safe. Do you want your Roswell home to stand out? Choose a color that shows personality. Oftentimes, color makes you feel that your home is unique, especially to those people who live in a housing development wherein homes are built with similar style and architecture. In these areas, Roswell House Painting is the only way to distinguish themselves from the others. When it is time to get your house painted, then it sure requires some thought to render a distinctive look.

One issue with a House Painting project is choosing your paint colors. You may have a slight idea of colors but still be a little unsure. Dull colors are the safe route to go but they can leave your home seeming featureless and flat. However, if you go too bold with the paint the colors can overwhelm the architectural design not to mention upsetting your neighbors. In the end when you have found just the right colors your house will look great and painting will highlight the best features.

Sometimes a home will have a few architectural or design flaws but a good quality Roswell House Painting project can disguise many of these. Choose the right painting contractor that will help you with colors to increase the appeal of your residence, which will in turn increase its value. If you are undertaking some remodeling, this is a good time to freshen the house with a coat of paint. House painting cost is an additional expense but it is cheaper than many renovations you could do. Freshening up the paint is one of the simplest things you can do to restore your home to its former glory.

The one basic rule in house painting is choosing an exterior color that will blend well with the surroundings. Otherwise, you will have a home that stands out negatively. Use the color combinations from your neighbor's homes to give you ideas, just do not make your choices identical. The overall goal is to stand out but not clash with the homes and buildings nearby. The safest route is to stick to single color family, using contrasting colors draws the eye but when it is overdone, it simply looks bad.

Whether you hire a Roswell Painting Contractor or do your house painting yourself, you want to focus on balancing the color of your home. A splash of color in one area can give the house a lopsided look. The easiest inspiration for colors is the nature all around you. Nothing is as colorful as the nature. For instance if you live in an area heavily populated with trees you would paint with browns and greens. On the other hand, a beachfront would look better with blues, coral and turquoise colors. Do not forget your flower garden when searching for inspiration, there are many kinds of colors to work into the house painting project you have undertaken.

If you're planning to paint an older home, use a historically accurate color scheme, but if it’s new, use modern colors to dramatize architectural details. Different colors have different longevity and maintenance. Dark shaded colors for siding will make your house look smaller and will draw more attention to details. Dark colors with lighter trim will highlight details. So if you have a lot of trim, go for dark shaded colors for siding.

Surface blemishes are easily concealed with dark colors. However, dark paint will fade quickly when exposed to direct sunlight, Which means you will be spending more on maintenance. House painting projects done with light paints will not only make the structure appear larger, it will also reflect the sun and create a vibrant looking home. On the other side, light paint colors shows stains more readily than dark even though fading is minimal. This means you will have some upkeep to consider.

House Painting is a serious matter because paint colors can transform the overall appearance of your home. Painting tips from a Professional House Painter is of great importance because studies shows that it can affect your mood. Therefore, it is recommended that if you live in your home, make sure you like your color choices and that they truly compliment the style of the home. Home itself is an amazing thing, and house Painting just amplifies its beauty.

The one thing on every homeowners mind when searching for a Roswell Painting Company is… how can you separate the good from the not so good painters? Who can you trust and what criteria do you use to properly determine quality. Although some Roswell painters are among the best in North Atlanta, Roswell also has its share of of low quality inexperienced painters.

Wisdom says you should not simply go with the cheapest bid, except if you are not interested in a quality job. When it comes to painting prices there is a wide difference and this gap gets even larger when you begin discussing service quality.

The secret to choosing the best Roswell Painting Company is understanding why the industry has such a large pricing difference in the first place. Oftentimes homeowners will believe that the difference is simple, a normal price differential and all other things remain the same.

The biggest problem with this thinking is the "all things equal" aspect. Pricing influences can come from many things and vary from one contractor to the other. These "things" can affect the quality, safety, service and even warranty of your paint job.

I personally had 28 years experience in this industry and as a native Atlantan who has run a painting company, Homeowners First Choice Painting, I have a bit of experience to share with you. I know and can speak as a representative of similar companies that strive to bring maximum benefit to the customer in a safe and efficient manner.

Below are the most important factors influencing cost of painting and the approximate percentage of the cost that make up your estimate.

1. Labor: 55 to 65 percent off your estimate consist of the labor that goes into actually painting your home – If a company is using substandard labor this can force the estimate price down but compromises quality in most cases. This can easily represent a 20% to 30% departure from the average price on the market to have your home painted.

2. Liability or Workers Comp- 5-10% of the bid- Not carrying this type of insurance can allow a Roswell Painting Company to reduce costs by up to 10% of the industry standard. This is one risk you do not want to take as a homeowner so be sure you diligently investigate this issue. Painting Companies are bad to claim they have insurance when they do not, or they will have it for the business with a certificate to prove it but the employees are not covered. Companies will pay their labor in cash and never report the earnings. When this happens if someone gets hurt on your house the insurance will not cover the medical expenses because there is no proof of wages. Now you are left to pay the damages either from your insurance or your own pocket. This type of thing runs rampant in painting contractors, do not risk it.

3. Generally speaking a painting company with a low bid is probably not paying their share of taxes. When pricing your painting job any legitimate company will have to take taxes into consideration. Even after all the other expenses associated with painting there are still taxes that must be paid. Look for this to make up to 10% of your estimate.

4. Paint-12-15%- Paint on average only takes up about 15% of the bid. This is a flexible area of the bid that can actually be a much larger portion depending on what is being considered. The only real way to save in this area is to skimp on quantity or quality of the paint that is going on your home. Most of the time you will only see about a 5% difference.

5. Preparation- 5-8% A Roswell Painting Company can take off another 15% on labor costs if they pay less attention to detail and reduce the amount of prep work that is completed.

6. Warranties cost painting companies money. If a company decides it’s too expensive to honor their warranties they cut their cost by not honoring them. They do change their phone numbers or move. Low bidders in this industry are notorious for doing this. They simply don’t charge enough to cover this part of overhead.

These are just some of the reasons why there is such a great divide in pricing in this industry. There are many more, but the above give you a good idea of how you can receive a quote that is

20%,30% or even 40% lower than another company. If you add the above percentages together then you can easily see why the difference.

I have heard more than one person comment that a friend or neighbor had a home improvement job done. It was pretty decent for around $500-$800 cheaper. Think about your referral for a minute though, is it telling you anything about what your experience will be? Your friend may have gotten lucky that no one was injured while working. Will you be that lucky? Whether or not this company will honor a warranty is a matter of wait and see! What kind of reputation does the business have about town?  You do not want to be the next house they totally bomb. I have regular customers who call me within a year after choosing a cheap Roswell house painter, they now need another painting estimate.

Of the above features which do you feel comfortable doing without? If you are like nearly any homeowner you probably will respond none of the above. You do not want to risk your house and finances for a little savings on your painting job.

Learn  some safety tips From a professional Roswell House painter. All the things you should know before painting the exterior of your house. Make sure you are properly equipped physically before undertaking the project.

Here are some safety painting tips to keep in mind:

Ladder Levelers

Over 70 % of all ladder accidents are caused by make shift props for ladders. a Ladder Leveler are attached securely to the legs of your ladders providing a very secure fit. Safety minded and production oriented painting companies use them. Good quality levelers make your ladder a lot more stable and greatly reduce your risk of injury. They will increase your production significantly and you will not be constantly trying to fit something under the leg of the ladder. This is well worth the investment.

What is the Range of Ladders You Own?

If you were to ask some professional house painters about the range of ladder sizes, they would likely advise you to purchase a 6ft stepladder, 20 ft extension and a 36 ft extension if necessary. With a range of ladders like this, you should be able to reach all areas around your home, at least if they are ladder accessible. Remember the advertised length of the ladder is not the actual working length. When fully extended the lap of the ladder will limit its reach by around three or four feet. For instance, a 28 ft ladder will only offer you about 25 feet.

Also you have to consider that you are going to lose a couple more feet when you place the foot of the ladder out from the side of your house to give you a proper angle to safely climb the ladder. A 28 ft ladder will only give you about 20 to 22 feet access.

Buy the correct drop cloths for the project?

Canvas drop cloths are fine for the tough stuff like most shrubs, bushes, drive ways and hard surfaces; however they are too heavy for smaller plants or flowers. The best thing to use on small plants or flowers is old bed sheets. They allow the plants and flowers to breath and they are light enough to provide protection without crushing the delicate plants. Plastic drops are a no no. The plastic can permanently damage your shrubs or flowers. The plastic doesn't allow your plants to breath and the temperature can reach damaging levels. Only a few hours under plastic is all that's needed to damage your plants. Plastic can cause the tops of your plants and shrubs to die.

Do not forget to protect yourself as well, drink plenty of fluids such as cold Gatorade throughout the day to stay hydrated.

You can dehydrate quickly when painting outdoors in the bright sunlight, particularly if you are not used to outside work. Dehydration can catch you by surprise so use caution. If you become lightheaded, you can lose your balance and be injured. Besides you can experience other long-term effects of dehydration, one very serious complication is heat stroke so be careful and use plenty of fluids. Hydration is important to your overall health.

Find yourself a shady resting place and do not over do it.

Many homeowners will try to pack a lot of work into one day, as painting is very time consuming. This is a big mistake because you can get in trouble physically. If you try to stretch the limits on a hot summer day, you can easily overexert yourself.

Are you physically fit enough to safely rise up to the challenge?

Climbing up and down a ladder all day can cause your legs to severely cramp. The muscles in your legs need to be prepared for this type work. Legs that are over stressed can become suddenly weak and shaky, increasing the risk of falling from your ladder. It is important to evaluate your condition before putting yourself at risk. If you have some physical preconditions you should consult your doctor for advice before attempting painting the exterior of your home. Painting contractors are used to their work. They run up and down ladders all day every day. You may not be used to it and that can cause you problems.

Beware of flying hazards

Wasps are about the worst thing you can encounter while at the top of a 36-foot ladder. Before attempting to paint, you need to eliminate the wasp problem. You do not want to battle a stinging insect while on a ladder! You could lose your grip on the ladder an fall.

Roof Ladders

Some homes will have areas above the roofline that need to be painted and this is where a roof ladder comes in handy. Sliding off your roof while painting could be fatal, so check into renting a roof ladder for the day. Roof ladders are designed to lay flay on top of your shingles and hook over the peak. This gives you sure footing while painting any areas that are above the roofline. It usually does not cost much to rent one for a day.

Never place your ladder on a slope that falls backwards and away from the ladder.

It is extremely important to always notch the ground out using a shovel and pick. Make a level, flat spot for each adjustable leg of your ladder. You have to lean your latter against the house, sloped enough to allow for you to properly navigate up. This slope, combined with the land slopping backward and away from your ladder, can make an extremely dangerous situation. Notch the ground and reseed the area latter. It is always best to play it safe. This is a very important safety tip that painting contractors teach their workers.

Carefully plan your painting project. Make sure you are properly equipped to maximize safety. Make sure you are comfortable with the amount of time it takes compared to the time you have to give to the project. Don’t rush it. If you really find you don’t have the time or are physically unable to safely tackle the project, then hire a professional painting contractor. A painting contractor can do the project in a fraction of the time it will take you.
Nicky Taylor
For many people their most valuable asset is their home. It is likely the largest single purchase they will ever make and as such is actually a significant investment as much as it is a home. The thing about owning a home is you have maintenance to keep up with and periodically you may want to improve upon the look, feel and value of your house.

This is where a Roswell Painting Contractor can come in quite handy and give you a lot more bang for your buck compared to other types of home improvement contractors.

Why Paint?

A fresh coat of paint is the fastest way to change the overall appearance of your home. Inside or out, fresh paint will make your home look and feel neater and cleaner. Most homeowners want to hire a painting contractor for their exterior painting, but in all honesty they can do a wonderful job inside your home as well.

There are several reasons you may want to invest in  Home Painting. One reason is for maintenance purposes. Many people paint to give the home a fresh feel, to remove outdated paint, and others decide to paint when they are preparing the property for sale.

Looks

After several years living in the same home you may simply want to achieve a new look, and there are many ways to achieve this goal. You could add a new room, sun deck, or wraparound porch and they will definitely update your home but it will cost you a good deal of money in the process. Just adding a small deck to your home will cost you quite a bit more than a fresh paint.

Safety Issues

Most of the house paint manufactured prior to 1978 were made with lead based paint. Lead-based paint is dangerous to your health. If this includes your home, it is definitely time to call a painting contractor for removal. Anything the contractors will charge to remove lead paint and repaint your home will be less than the illnesses lead paint can cause. In this situation you do not want to even consider this as a do it yourself project. A lead abatement painting contractor will possess the necessary equipment and training to safely remove all traces of lead based paint from your home.

Selling

Circumstances change and there may be a time when you want to sell your home. Job changes, births, deaths and other life situations can drastically change your plans for the future. Hiring a painting contractor to give your home a face-lift before listing it could get you a much better price.

If you decide to go all out and have a painting contractor paint the inside as well as outside, you should remember one important fact, You are hoping to sell your home, so keep your tastes and preferences out of the picture. Your style may be impeccable, but that does not mean it will appeal to all buyers. Leave the painting to neutral colors so the potential buyers can envision the home the way they like.

Cost Analysis

The addition of a two car garage, covered deck or other home improvement project may seem like a better way to improve overall value and in some cases you are right. However, never forget to analyze the cost to value ratio. Painting could be the best use of your hard-earned money when compared to other modifications.

Finally

Hiring House Painters will not only take the work out of your next painting project, but will also give you a serious return on your money. Paint is economical and a quick way to improve both the look and feel of your home. Compared to other home improvement options, painting will give you the most bang for the dollar.

It does not matter if you are selling the place or simply tired of the same old look, a painting contractor is your best use of your money. Let the professionals hassle with scraping old paint, climbing ladders and cleaning up the mess while you sit back and enjoy the fresh new look of your home.
